Hi, I’m Elmira — an Embodiment Coach, SE® Practitioner, and mother of twin girls. I help mothers find ease in transformation by reconnecting with their body’s wisdom.


My work was born from a truth I had to learn through my own motherhood journey: You can’t fix the discomforts of motherhood. But you can learn to meet them — with your body as your guide.

This is where I support you: at the edge of change, where old identities unravel and a new version emerges through the body.

About my work

Somatic Coaching for Mothers

In 1:1 sessions, I work with mothers of all stages to reconnect with their bodies, unravel survival-based patterns, and navigate the changes of motherhood with clarity, presence and ease.

Each session is tailored to your nervous system’s pace—there’s no pressure to “do it right.” You don’t need prior experience, just a willingness to notice what’s there. Come as you are—curious, tender, uncertain—it’s all welcome here.

60-min sessions are available online (Zoom) or in-person in Lisbon (Belém).

    I work with mothers at all stages — from the raw early postpartum months to years into motherhood. I'm trained in supporting experiences like birth trauma, postnatal depression, and nervous system dysregulation.
    This work meets you where you are — gently and without pressure.

  • Each session is rooted in nervous system awareness and trauma renegotiation — gently attuned to the unique challenges of motherhood.

    Alongside somatics, I draw from embodied understandings of identity formation, developmental trauma, birth imprints, intuitive movement, and trauma-sensitive touch. My guidance is intuitive and attuned: I follow what’s present and guide you toward deeper embodiment and emotional expression.

    Embodiment brings grounding and presence. Emotional expression creates space.

    In online sessions, we might work with pillows, objects, or sound — tools that support your body’s natural regulation. In person, I may offer trauma-sensitive touch (always with consent). This is not massage or manipulative bodywork, but a neuroaffective approach that gently supports coregulation.

    This work is not about solutions or fixing — there is nothing to fix. It’s experiential, process-oriented, and paced by your unique nervous system.

    While single sessions can be meaningful, real transformation often unfolds in ongoing support. That’s why I recommend a coaching package, where we integrate sessions with reflection prompts, body-based homework, and ongoing connection.

    A gentle entry point to experience this work. Best suited for returning clients or as a first session before committing to a longer container.

    ✧ 3-Session Series – 255 EUR

    For gentle support around a specific theme or life moment.
    Includes:

    • 3 x 60-minute sessions

    • Personalized integration/homework practices

    • Email check-in between sessions (as needed)

    ✧ 3-Month Coaching Container – 520 EUR

    Ideal if you’re navigating a transition, healing process, or seeking reconnection with yourself.
    Includes:

    • 6 x 60-minute sessions (bi-weekly)

    • Integration & reflection prompts

    • Weekday WhatsApp support

    • Closing ritual / integration session

    For sustained transformation and deep nervous system work.
    Includes:

    • 12 x 60-minute sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)

  • Some clients begin pre-conception or during pregnancy to prepare emotionally and somatically. Others come months—or years—after birth, when they notice the need for more spaciousness, integration, or support.
    We move at your pace and adapt the work to your nervous system state, starting wherever you are.

  • The work is rooted in body awareness, not physical bodywork.
    I may invite you to place a hand on your heart or bring attention to sensation. I offer suggestions for containment touch—but everything is invitational. You are always in charge of your experience.

  • No. I don’t offer medical or psychological diagnoses. Somatic Experiencing™ is a body-based trauma-informed approach that complements, but does not replace, therapeutic or medical care. If you're under clinical treatment, this work can be a supportive addition. Just let me know so we can shape the space that supports you.

  • Before your session, you’ll be asked to review and agree to the Disclaimer & Informed Consent.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email after your booked. In the session, we’ll begin wherever you are. There’s no need to prepare—just bring yourself.
