Hi I’m Elmira.
I’m a somatic coach and help you move through change with clarity and capacity - without overriding your nervous system.
Whether you’ve been through a big life change or you crave it, I’m here to meet your nervous system with care.
I’m glad you’ve found me. Are you ready to explore what’s possible from here?
The work
This is body-oriented work that builds capacity to feel, to soften, and to choose from clarity rather than survival. For women in seasons of transition, when change is desired, but the body needs safety to move with it.
It’s not about fixing or changing the mindset. It’s relational, paced, embodied — and rooted in your lived experience. Gentle nervous system care that supports real-life change.
For women:
— in times of transition —
who crave change but don’t know where to start
who’s life changed but it feels she hasn’t landed yet

FAQs
A few questions I get asked a lot that might be on your mind, too.

This work is for you, if you’ve done therapy before, but still feel not yet “there”. It is not therapy or mindset coaching, but a body-oriented process that supports meeting yourself through Somatic Experiencing™.
The intention is practical nervous system care, tailored to your needs and real-life context.
-
Yes. I offer a free 30-minute clarity call so we can get to know each other and feel into whether this work is a good fit. You can book it here.
-
My support is rooted in nervous system care, embodied resources, and trauma integration.
It’s relational, body-oriented, and attentive to cultural and collective contexts, with a strong focus on the female body and psyche.
-
The somatic work is rooted in body awareness, not physical bodywork.
I may offer suggestions for self-contact or containment touch and all of them are always invitational. -
No. I don’t offer medical or psychological diagnoses.
Somatic Experiencing™ is a body-based trauma-informed approach that complements, but does not replace, therapeutic or medical care.

Sessions are possible online and in-person in Lisbon (Belém).
