Welcome to my website. By booking a session, program, or service, you agree to the following:

1. Services

All services are provided by Elmira Ploutarchos as a self-employed practitioner. My offerings include somatic coaching, 1:1 sessions, group programs, and online resources. This work is for educational and personal development purposes and does not replace medical or psychological care.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Sessions are booked via my online calendar.

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your session.

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and may be updated at any time. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

Everything shared in our sessions is treated with care and held in strict confidence, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

5. Responsibility

You are always responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions during and after our work together. I offer tools and guidance, but you remain in charge of your experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared in programs, emails, and on the website is copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without permission.
